DELAWARE COUNTY, Ind. (WLS) — An Indiana police officer was killed while helping a stranded driver Wednesday morning. The crash happened on Interstate 69 in Delaware County, outside Indianapolis. The sheriff’s office said Delaware County sheriff’s Cpl. Blake Reynolds was helping the driver of a broken-down semi when his patrol car was hit by another semi.
