HAMMOND, Ind. (WLS) — There is a court update on the video that went viral showing a dog in a trailer in Northwest Indiana amid frigid weather. In February, Indiana State Police opened a criminal investigation after seeing a video of a dog being transported in an open trailer. Trinity Christian College announced Tuesday morning in a town hall the final commencement ceremony will be held in May. The Board of Trustees voted to begin the closure process. The group includes several local politicians.
